Cassi G. Martin is a 2006 magna cum laude graduate of Marist College where she majored in Communications and minored in Psychology. Following graduation, she worked as a paralegal at a litigation firm in Manhattan. Cassi went on to attend Fordham University School of Law and earned her Juris Doctorate in May 2010 with pro bono distinction. During law school, Cassi served as Notes & Articles Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and participated in Fordham's Social Justice Clinic. She also interned in the chambers of The Honorable Patty Shwartz, federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. After graduation, she served as law clerk to The Honorable Jeffrey L. Finley of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.

Cassi is admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey and the State of New York. Cassi joined Carpenter, McCadden and Lane, LLP in May of 2012.
