Milinda J. Bowen
 

Mindy J. Bowen graduated cum laude from Duquesne University where she obtained a B.A. in both Psychology and Sociology. Thereafter, Mindy attended Duquesne University School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2008. While at Duquesne, Mindy was on the editorial board of the Duquesne University Law Review, and held the position of Criminal Procedure Production Editor. She also was selected to participate in the Trial Advocacy course, and was an active member of the Women’s Law Association. Mindy served as an intern for the Honorable Joy Flowers Conti.

Mindy is currently a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Allegheny County Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and in West Virginia.

Mindy is a member of the Workers' Compensation Committee of the West Virginia Bar Association and the Workers' Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.

Prior to joining Carpenter, McCadden & Lane, LLP, Mindy was a litigation associate at a Pittsburgh law firm where her practice focused on civil litigation, including personal injury.
